Richard Crookes Constructions Pty Ltd have commissioned Paintco & Associates to paint both the internal and external of the Phoenix apartments in Rhodes.

Phoenix is a major development in Rhodes, which stands 18 storeys tall and consists of 200 modern room with 360 degree views of Rhodes’ waterways and parklands.
